With a reputation that precedes him, Scott is currently ranked as the top prospect in Ohio, according to 247Sports rankings. Additionally, he’s recognized as the third-best cornerback nationwide. Over the past year and more, he’s been in high demand, having received an impressive tally of over 30 college offers.
In an exciting update, Aaron Scott Jr. managed to streamline his choices from 12 to 5 in early April. He then shared his plan to finalize his college choice before his senior season begins, using June as a time for official visits.
In an interview with rivals.com, Scott revealed his itinerary for June. He’ll start with Oregon from June 9-11, head to Michigan from June 16-18, and finally, visit Ohio State from June 23-25.
Even though he’s already toured these institutions and several others this year, Scott mentioned that this time around, he wants to hone in on building relationships during these visits.
“Really getting to spend time with all the coaches and getting to interact with the other commits and other recruits, talk to them about some things, but really just see how everybody interacts with people, see who I get along with, see who I feel I can win a natty with for real,” Scott said during an interview at Springfield High School on May 1.

“Oh it’s crazy,” he said with a big smile. “They’re both sayin’ they’re not gonna let me go to the other school. They feel like they’re gonna do whatever they can to get me to go there, but they definitely don’t like when I talk about ‘em to each other.”
